This daily demonstration about microscopic life takes place in the Hidden Kingdoms exhibition area. A video microscope is used to observe a slide containing various microorganisms. The video microscope is connected to a television monitor enabling a large audience to observe the microscopic world. A NYSCI Explainer demonstrates the characteristics of each of the organisms, how they look, move, eat, reproduce and interact with one another and the environment.
