BubbleMania is Bursting with Fun
2-09-09

Queens, N.Y. – World-renowned bubble-ologist Casey Carle will bring the high-energy artistry and spectacular science of BubbleMania: Science, Art & Comedy! to the New York Hall of Science at 2, 3, and 4 pm on April 11 - 19. BubbleMania! is for the entire family, and is loaded with visual comedy, quick wit, great music and the untamed, often unbelievable qualities of spherical liquids. First-come, first-serve tickets will be available for purchase ($4 for the general public and $2 for members) on the day of the show, which will take place in the Auditorium.

As one of the world's best soap bubble manipulators, Carle has performed with the Ringling Brothers' circus, served as a consultant for Cirque du Soleil and earned many other accolades and awards.

This year, viewers will have a chance to view and celebrate bubble artwork with fog filled bubble sculptures. They can also watch bubbles burst into flames! And better than balloons, Carle is bringing blobs of helium-filled foam!

After the show, visitors can apply their new knowledge of bubbles to the Hall’s exhibits that explore the science of bubbles such as the Bubble Table and Minimal Surfaces in Mathematica: A World of Numbers.
