World maker faire workshop

World Maker Faire arrives at NYSCI on September 25 & 26. During Maker Faire we are hosting a POP-UP BOOK workshop in the Library.

Join Shelby Arnold on Saturday September 25, 2010 at 3 pm or 4 pm. Learn how to create one-of-a-kind pop-up cards and books.

Shelby is a paper engineer who makes pop-up books, origami, and artist books. She works for artist Robert Sabuda creating children's pop-up books and pop-up cards for his MoMA line. Shelby has a degree in graphic design from Pratt Institute.
