Meet Author Bruce Goldstone

Meet Bruce Goldstone, author of Great Estimations, a book that shows you how to train your eyes and your mind to make reasonable estimations of large quantities of objects, such as a jar of jelly beans. Named a 2007 Best Children's Book of the Year by Bank Street College of Education, Great Estimations makes math fun by turning estimating into a game. The event will be held in NYSCI's Science Technology Library. Recommended for ages 4 – 10. Free with NYSCI admission.
