Summer Session 2013

Locomotion Commotion

For young learners, ages 2 – 5 years, and their grown-ups.

Find out how things are built to roll, float, bounce or fly. Future engineers explore the physics of movement as we design and make all things locomotive, from high-flying rockets to boats that float on the open sea (or your bathtub).

Sometimes creativity can get messy, so dress your little scientist (and yourself) in clothing that can be splattered with things like paint, ink and oobleck.
